Return Policy

Faulty Goods

We will accept returned goods within 14 days where the goods have been found to be faulty - please Contact Us in such situations. We will pay reasonable return postage costs and either refund the original purchase price or replace the goods, at our discretion. The item must be unused and with its original packaging and invoice.

Distance Selling Regulations

You do have the right to return unused items ordered from this site within 7 days of receipt under the Distance Selling Regulations - in such cases the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
